As a Corporate Recruiter at NVR, parent company for Ryan Homes, you will work alongside senior leaders and the Corporate HR Business Partner to understand business needs and manage the recruiting process. Working from our Reston, VA headquarters, you'll be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across verticals including IT, Accounting & Finance, Customer Care, and more. You’ll make an impact by evaluating and presenting qualified candidates, monitoring recruitment market trends, and helping to devise strategies to attract top talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategically source high quality candidates to ensure strong candidate pipelines, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate talent and make recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Partner with HR Business Partner and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and inform go to market strategy
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate and up to date candidate data is maintained throughout the recruitment process
  • Work with external staffing agencies in order to support highly technical hiring needs
  • Support and guide candidates through the offer, background and onboarding processes prior to their first day 

Skills and experience that will drive your success:

  • 2-5 years working in recruiting, agency experience a plus
  • Persuasive communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize in fast paced environment
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
